Questions salon owners ask
Tap any line to open it
I don't understand computers. Is this for me?
Yes — it was built for exactly that. Every screen was tested on real salon days by people whose hands were busy and whose patience was thin. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this. And there's a guide on this site for every single button.
Does it work on my phone?
iPhone and Android both, and on a computer too — the same salon, wherever you open it. It even syncs your day to your watch, so you see the next customer without taking the phone out.
Can the botAI book something wrong?
It can't reach your calendar on its own. Everything it takes waits for you in Approvals with a ✓ and an ✗. And a booking is never erased — even a cancelled one stays in a permanent log, with the reason.
Who can see my customers?
Only you. The link is behind your own passcode, and the app can be locked again with a PIN or a pattern on the phone itself. Your salon's data is yours.
What if I want to stop?
Stop whenever you like, in one click, and take your data with you. No year-long contract, no phone call to beg your way out.
Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
No — and that was the whole point. It was taught on thousands of real messages from a real salon, so it writes the way a good receptionist writes: short, warm, a little slang, an emoji when it fits. It answers in whatever language and style your customer wrote in, and you can teach it your own turns of phrase.
What happens when someone books and doesn't turn up?
A cancellation is never erased — it is written in a permanent log with the reason, so you can see who cancels often. The hour goes straight back on offer to everyone else the moment it opens. And on Full, the botAI reminds the customer the day before by itself, which is the single thing that empties the fewest chairs.
Can I try it before I subscribe?
The app itself is open on this site — not a video and not screenshots, the real thing. Open the calendar, book an appointment, move it, talk to the botAI, and look inside every screen before you pay a shekel.
I have more than one chair. Does it handle a team?
A column and a colour for each person, as many as you like, and you can look at the whole floor at once or at one person on their own. Someone takes a day off and you close that column alone — the rest of the salon keeps taking bookings. On Full, a customer can even ask for one of them by name, and the booking lands in that person's column.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, up or down, in one click — and everything you have stays exactly where it is: the calendar, the customers, the formulas, the whole history. No year-long contract and no phone call to beg your way out.
I want to answer my own customers, not a program.
Then that is exactly what happens. The botAI takes the tiring half — the same three questions about the price, the free hour and the address — and the moment you want the conversation, you open the chat and keep writing in your own words. One tap silences it on that conversation and it does not come back into it.
How is this different from a paper diary, or any booking app?
A diary records. This one works: it answers the customer, quotes your prices, keeps the formula from last time, counts your stock, closes the salon for a holiday, and tells you who cancelled and why. The difference shows up in the empty chairs, not on the screen.
Your book, your clients, your salon — in your pocket tonight.
Every plan includes the whole salon — the difference is only who answers the client.

No contract, no lock-in — you stay because it's working, not because you signed.
