Terms of use
In plain words, not lawyer words.
What this is
SaloBoss™ is an app for running a salon of any kind — hair, barber, nails, lashes, brows, skin, spa, tattoo, or a trade you name yourself: the appointment calendar, the client files, the formulas, the stock, the staff — and a bot that can answer your customers. You use it to run your own salon. That is the whole deal.
Your account
Your salon sits behind a passcode, and the app can be locked again with a PIN or a pattern on the phone itself. Keep the passcode to yourself — anyone who has it can open your book. If you think someone else got hold of it, tell us and we will change it the same day.
What the bot does and doesn't do
The bot reads your calendar, your services and your prices, and it answers your customers on that basis. It cannot change your calendar on its own: every booking, move or cancellation it takes waits in Approvals for your ✓. It is very good, but it is not a person — check what it wrote before you approve it, exactly as you would check a new employee in their first week.
Paying, and stopping
You pay per month or per year, and you can stop whenever you like — in one click, with no phone call and no year-long contract. If you stop, you can take your data with you. We do not charge you for a month you did not use.
Fair use
One subscription runs one salon. Don't resell it, don't use it to spam people, and don't try to break into anyone else's salon. Do any of that and we close the account.
The name and the mark
SaloBoss™, the SaloBoss signature and the crown are ours — trademark applications for the name were filed in Israel on 10 August 2026. Your subscription lets you run your salon on the app; it does not let you use the name, the signature or the crown for anything of your own. Your salon's own name and your own logo stay entirely yours, and we claim no part of them.
When things break
We work hard to keep it running, but no software is up every second of every year. If it goes down, we fix it and we tell you. Your data is backed up, and nothing you delete is truly gone — deleted customers and cancelled bookings are kept, so a bad day is recoverable.
