How busy should the day be?
You do not hire someone and spend a month explaining how you like the day to run.

Tap the days in the order you want them filled — the first one tapped is the one the botAI offers first. Days nobody tapped still get booked, they just come after the ones you chose. It never overrides a day a client asked for, and the closed days are never offered at all. 🤖 The botAI books by this: when a client hasn't asked for a particular day, this is the day it offers first.

What that means
What "air around an appointment" actually means
If an appointment sits at 10:00 and you chose Light — 30 minutes — the botAI books nothing between 9:30 and 10:30 around it. Drop to Busy and the appointments sit tight against each other, and twice as many clients get through the same day.
The decision stays yours
The slider steers the botAI, nothing else. You keep booking anyone into any hour by hand, even when the slider says otherwise.
Working alone and you picked Packed?
The app asks before it saves: the next appointment would start before the one before it ends, on one pair of hands — so a client sits and waits a few minutes. Sure? It is a question, not a refusal, and you may well mean it (a quick service, a client who does not mind waiting). Any mistake this screen can see, it says out loud first: working alone, it will not quietly pile the day up on you.
Every drag asks: Keep, or Undo?
Nothing on this screen changes behind your back. Move a slider or an hour and the app asks before the change stands — and Undo names the level it would go back to, so five stops called 🏖️…🥵 are not something you have to hold in your head.
Which days fill up first
Put the week in the order you want it. When a client asks for an appointment, the botAI offers the first free day in your order — not the first free day on the calendar. Your week gathers into the days you chose, and the rest stay quiet or stay shut.
The order the day itself fills
From the start of the day forwards, or from the end backwards? Some salons like to begin early and finish early; others like the appointments to gather in the evening. You choose, and the botAI offers the hours in that order.
Three hours you set, each doing a different job
The first and last hour of the diary — how much of the day is drawn on your screen. The first and last working hour — when you actually take clients. And the last booking hour — the last hour the botAI is allowed to book. So the diary can show from 7, you work 9 to 7, and new bookings stop at 5, without closing anything.
The diary's window is yours alone
The hours your day view draws are a drawing preference and nothing more: the botAI and the clients are never told them and can never book inside them. So the diary may open at 7 for the getting-ready while the salon takes clients from 9.
Two switches that hand the choice back to the botAI
Not sure which day or which hour should come first? Hand either one back with a tick and the botAI decides it — the control goes colourless so it is obvious it is not in use, and one tap on it wakes it back up. Nothing is ever stuck: the setting is yours again the second you want it.
Asked for something later, or earlier
It goes in the direction they asked for and offers the nearest free hour that way — still in your order, never at random.
Long services and short ones — you keep the balance
Every trade has services that take hours and services that finish in fifteen minutes. The app knows how long each of yours takes, so a long one is booked into an hour that genuinely holds it, not into any gap.
And a daily ceiling per kind of service
Tell it: two long ones a day, and that's it. The moment it reaches the number, the botAI stops offering that kind for that day and offers the client another day instead — politely, with nothing for you to do. So you never find yourself with a day made entirely of heavy work and no room to breathe.
