WhatsApp & the bot
Your salon's WhatsApp, inside the app. The bot's replies and your own, in one thread.
9:41
Every customer writes to one number — the salon's. The bot answers it around the clock, and every word it says is here, in the same thread you would have written in yourself.
Taking over mid-sentence
Switch the bot off for one chat and answer them yourself. Everything else keeps running. Switch it back on and it picks up where you left it — it has read what you wrote.
- 📌 Pin a chat to hold it at the top, whatever arrives after it.
- ⭐ Star one to come back to it later — it stays where it is, just marked.
- 🔕 Mute a chat: no badge, no notification, still received.
- 🚫 Block one and the bot stops answering her entirely.
- 🗑️ Swipe a chat away and it waits in the bin, not in nothing.
CarefulWhatsApp's 24-hour rule is real, and it is not ours. Outside 24 hours from *their* last message, WhatsApp refuses a free-form reply — only a pre-approved template goes through. The app tells you plainly when a window has shut instead of pretending the message was sent.
