Turn the bot off for one chat and answer it yourself. All other chats keep running. Turn it back on and it continues from where you stopped.

- ⭐ Star — marks it to come back to.
- 🔕 Mute — no notifications from this chat.
- 🚫 Block — the bot stops answering; messages are still saved.
- 🗑️ Swipe to delete — it goes to Recently deleted.
CarefulWhatsApp's own rule: 24 hours after the customer's last message, only an approved template can be sent. The app tells you when this happens.
