A good bot knows what it doesn't know. When a customer asks something your bot can't answer from your prices, your hours or your rules, it does not invent an answer. It says it will check and get back to them — and that promise lands here.

Answer once, or teach it for good

Every answer asks you one question: should the bot remember this? It never decides that for you. "We're closed this Saturday, there's a wedding" is a one-off. "We don't do extensions" is policy. The same answer, and only you know which is which.

Teach it, and the answer becomes a rule — in your own words, in the list underneath. You can read it back, edit it, switch it off, or delete it. Nothing your bot knows about your salon is hidden from you.

TipUnder your own rules sit the safety rules, locked and readable. Your bot always takes prices from the app, and never books without a name and a valid phone. Nothing you write can override those.
